Choosing the Right Catalyst for the Process is a Critical Factor for Maximize the Yields.

PETROTAT offers a wide range of metal and precious metal catalysts, as well as base metal oxides for a broad spectrum of petrochemical processes. We provide Hydrotreating, Hydrogenation, Dehydrogenation, Styrene and Reforming Catalysts.

Catalysts plays a crucial role in 90% of all commercially produced chemical products. Our catalyst products are a vital and strategic part of process technology. Catalysis is a process in which the rate of a chemical reaction is increased by a specific catalyst offering. We are committed to work diligently with you to understand your catalyst needs and translate them into the right catalyst for your process.

We start by working with you to determine the right catalyst solution for your applications. This may range from an off-the-shelf chemical catalyst to a proprietary catalyst tailored for your application or even a joint development program undertaken with you to develop a catalyst unique to your needs and exclusive to your use.

Products & Solutions:

PT- 4420 Dehydrogenation catalyst with good selectivity and activity, used in moving bed reactor process for dehydrogenation of propane/ isobutane to propylene /isobutene.

Fixed bed dehydrogenation catalyst with high activity, good selectivity, high strength and low attrition.

  • 4310 is suitable for dehydrogenation of propane to propylene in fixed bed reactor process.
  • 4410 is suitable for selective dehydrogenation of i-butane to i-butylene in fixed bed reactor process.
  • 4612 Styrene Catalyst (Low S/O) The iron-based, high activity and high selectivity catalysts for the dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to produce styrene at low steam to oil ratio. The series have exceptional physical strength and very low attrition which lead to long service life.

Technical Advantage of 4612 catalyst:

At lower reaction temperature, the ethyl-benzene conversion rate and styrene selectivity of HD-4612 catalyst are both higher than other catalysts market available. Benefit from the patented promoters in the formulation designed to enhance the catalyst activity and iron-potassium spinel structure, the high mechanical strength and minimum potassium loss lead to longer service life of the continuous operation.

  • 4611 Styrene Catalyst (Normal S/O) is a catalyst for the production of styrene from ethyl-benzene dehydrogenation process in the steam to oil ratio of 1.3 to 2.0.

Technical Advantage of 4611 catalyst:

The EB conversion rate and styrene selectivity of HD-4611 styrene catalyst is higher than other products commercial available at lower reaction temperature. Due to the patented additives in the formulation to enhance the catalyst activity and structure (Iron-Potassium Spinel), the high strength and minimum potassium loss lead to longest service life of thecontinuous operation.

4210 MAPD hydrogenation Catalysts have high activity, good selectivity, good stability, and low formation of oligomer. They are widely used to effectively remove methylacetylene and propadiene in the C3 fractions of ethylene unit and can improve the yield of propylene. Different formulations for liquid/gas feedstock and pyrolysis gasoline upgrading.
