Methanol-to-olefin (MTO) conversion has proven to be one of the most successful non-petrochemical routes for producing light olefins. And the MTO catalyst is the key to this process. The development of high-performance SAPO-34 catalysts has been to the priority and difficulty for the increasing demands of MTO conversion.
MTO catalyst shows moderate acidity, which controlled reacting system acidity, producing less by-products and increasing ethylene +propylene selectivity. The catalyst exhibited excellent wear resistance, hydrothermal stability and regeneration performance, which can be applied at high space velocity. Our catalyst can further reduce the methanol unit consumption, which is conducive to the separation and purification of product gas, reducing the device operation cost.
